OneDrive import - blank window after password step

Hi,
I have 1 question and 1 issue:

  • question: the (OneDrive) sync feature is not the same as the import feature, right?
    I’m just looking for confirmation that sync is permanent (one-way), while import is one-time, correct?
  • issue: When entering my credentials to import OneDrive data, I get a blank window after having entered my password. So I can’t complete the import procedure… I can confirm the login has succeeded because it says so on my Microsoft security page.
    All help or suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Edit: Strangely, if I first login and import from Dropbox, then I can login (without blank screen) from OneDrive…

You should try configure the OneDrive through the My Cloud Home Web App or My Cloud Home App and find out if the issue persists.
