Online view of my MyCloudEx2 Ultra OS5 is 2 months stale. How do I refesh online view?

My Android App and os5.mycloud.com view of MyCloudEx2 Ultra OS5 is about 2 months stale. How do I get the view of my backup device to refresh so I can access my files on my phone?

Current Version: 5.24.108
Device Name: MyCloudEX2Ultra

Note, there is a specific subforum for OS5 My Cloud EX Series where users more familiar with the EX2 Ultra may be able to assist. You can edit your post and move your post there if you desire. Or you can use the forum search feature (magnifying glass icon top right) to search through past discussions/posts to see if any match your issue.

If the data you see online is not up to date you may have to try and force the My Cloud to re-index using the My Cloud Dashboard. The following WD Support Knowledge Base Articles may be relevant to your issue.

I rebooted the NAS and it started indexing. Probably only had to toggle indexing
