Only 30 folders or photos show online

On my ipad with the WD Mycloud App all folders and files show when browsing my WD Mycloud 4 Tb drive.
On my computer in “files.mycloud.com” only 30 folders or files show.

Try using a different web browser or use the iOS mobile app. Some have trouble using the MyCloud.com web portal where their web browser doesn’t show all the folders or files. There was one resent thread about it:

Hello everyone, I am having some problems with the WD Cloud. I can enter to MyCloud, there is no problem with that. However, out of around 50 folders, I cannot see even half of them. I tried refreshing the website but it’s not making any difference. I know the folders are there because I can see them through the app on my phone.
