I downloaded my cloud to my computer and no matter what I do I cant get it to open. It keeps saying I have the wrong E Mail address or password. I have had only 2 E Mail addresses in my life and only 2 different passwords. Is there any way to creat a new account as if I were a brand new customer? Thanks
