OS 5 USB Backup App

I have tried to get help from WD support to no avail.
My problem is this:

  1. I have MyCloud EX2 Ultra
  2. I recently installed OS5.
  3. I installed the “USB Backup” app but it did not install properly.
  4. It will neither “configure” nor “uninstall”
    Any suggestions as to how I can get around this problem?
