I will use both windows 10 and mac OS X EI captain, so i need to create partitions in NTFS and mac os extended formate . I need support to do that which allows two 450 GB partitions one with NTFS and other with HFS both has to be 256 bit encrypted . How to do this ? is it possible?

You should be able to create the partitions on the drive. Since the Passport has a hardware encryption, you should be able to set that up without any issues.
