I am seeing performance issues with my EX 4100. When playing music or video files, and then browsing other discs (JBOD) the music or video file will pause until the disc has woken up. I have disabled sleep mode but the unit still goes into standby mode.
OS3 never did this.
How do I disable standby mode?

go to settings and disable drive sleep
then get rid of OS5 it is a junk OS and WD released this without even making sure everything worked lol epic microsoft move right hey WD fix your ■■■■ OS please
