Folks, I’m using a MyCloud Mirror as a NAS drive music source. Creating playlists within the MyCloud software is doable if a little clunky. BUT, I only seem to be able to add tracks that are MP3 to the playlists. MP4 or othere formats just won’t add when I drag them into the playlist.

Any clues folks?

I am experiencing the same issue with the desktop application (only able to add MP3 files to playlists).

I’m running Windows 7. Version of WD software is 1.0.6.13

I am having the same problem in creating playlists on my WD My Cloud NAS. I am not using external software to do this. I can add MP3 files, but not m4a. The My Cloud is fairly useless as a music server if it doesn’t support playlist creation of standard, contemporary file formats.
