Plese help...WD Smartware Version 1.6.5 dont start up

Hello

I have purchased a MyBook Live 2tb and Installed all the programs also
WD SmartWare. and updated to 1.6.5. I have windows 7 64bit with all updates. When I click the WD SmartWare program does not start up.
I also can not create safe points. When I go into my mb live and below the safe points pressed create and press the disc to find the my computer, I press on it, it will have user name and password, but I do not know what is. Anyone can help?

in windows 8 system i upgrade my essentiel book to 1.6.5.1 and upgrade framework 4 from windows before restart, and i cant  start smartwave the driver are ok
