In a random event a few weeks ago, everything in my Plex library disappeared overnight for no reason whatsoever. A rescan was required to repopulate everything. After going through the annoying, long process of fixing all the matches and meta data for my Plex Library again, the Plex library all disappeared again today undoing all that work.
Why, when the files haven’t been touched or moved, is this happening? Why is the cooperative link with WD Cloud Home not a seamless cooperation but a really clunky annoying one instead? Do we know if WD are working on any update patches to fix the library deleting?
