I was just looking over some files and i noticed that i was missing some files so I go check the recycling bin and guess what I found ? My missing files from different shared folders this is how i have the shares setup. Does or has that happen to anyone before and how do stop it from ding that??

Well the files only went to recycle bin share if you deleted them from the share. If you turned on the recycle bin option in the dashboard for that particular share then it will create a share name Recycle bin Volume 1 ( if you have more than 1 volume).
Did you delete those files from the share?
Not that i can remember, the only way I’ll delete the files is if i got a new revision or I no longer need it. Im keeping an eye out to see if it happens again hopefully it doesn’t
