PR2100 - PLEX APP Problem

I own a WD PR2100 and something is wrong.
I only can watch moovies if i decrease the quality from 9mbps to 3 ou 2 mbps, or worst!
I think it didn´t suppose to be like this, even because some months ago it was perfectly running but after some updates IT DOES NOT WORK properly!
Another strange thing is that the graphics shown on WD windows app, tells that traffic velocity is very low in my home network, as it should be beteween 100 or 1000mbps.
I need some help…

You can try rebooting your My Cloud PR2100 and then configure a static IP address.

No. It doesn’t works. I tried it but always the same problem using plex on tv. It stops after 1m15s. Even if I try on another lg smartv it happens the same.
However if I use DLNA, it seems to work during 1 hour and then stops!
On plex computer dashboard I can see the graphics to stop moving, at the same time TV stop playing!
Don t know what to do!
Shouldn’t WD give an answer on this?
