My PR4100 is stuck in System Rebooting. I have Powered it off, Unplugged it and nothing stops it from going into System Rebooting again. It comes ready for a couple of minutes and starts rebooting cycle again. All Drive lights are blue and Power button is always blinking. Does someone have a suggestion?

I have suffered the same, try power off, unplugged, wait a couple of minutes and remove all the drives. Then power on and pray something.
During the process try to access the management console by the IP Management, may the device is waitting for some command.
Any way open a support case to get additional help.
