PR4100 upgrade capacity RAID - 12TB to RAID 1 - 32TB

Hello

My current setup is:

NAS PR4100 2x10TB + 2x2TB RAID1 [total usable capacity 12TB]

I want to upgrade to

4x16TB RADE 1 [total usable capacity 32TB]

without losing my information or going through backup on another device.

Can I replace my HDD one by one and let the RAID process create the new volumes with the new size?
Volume one: 10 TB upgrade to 16 TB
• BAY 1: HDD1 10TB  step 1: istl New 16TB  Step 4: RAID 1 to the BAY 2  HDD 16TB
• BAY 2: HDD2 10TB  Step 2: RAID 1 to the BAY 1  Step3: instl New 16TB –> HDD 16TB
Volume two: 2 TB upgrade to 16 TB
• BAY 3: HDD3 2TB  step 1: instl New 16TB  Step 4: RAID 1 to the BAY 4  HDD 16TB
• BAY 4: HDD4 2TB  Step 2: RAID 1 to the BAY 3 Step3: instl New 16TB –> HDD 16TB
