it should have been,it should take some more time but would finally mount .

pls check :
* latest updates for your 3tb book ? Plug in your 3tb via usb to your laptom/pc which has net connection and check updates
* library is set off or on ? [within you wd media player]
* are you sure it worked perfectly with the latest fw - say a day ago ?
