When I create a new user for myCloud mirror, the password does not seem to take. When I install WD Smartware on a user account and try to set it up, the password I created when I created the account does not work.
When I go back to users on the dashboard and try to change the password, the window only has two fields available for the new password - it does not have the field for the present password, like I see on the admin account.
I have tried to create a few user accounts and have the same problem each time. Any idea what I am doing wrong??

I think, I faced this issue before. I am not 100% sure, but it had to do something with setting, like remote login or something similar.
I have, almost the same problem. I can create new users, but I can not put the email address, to be able to login in MyCloud.com. I dont have access to MyCloud
