I had to reinstall Windows 7 on my laptop and cannot reinstall WD Smartware. When I try to install WD smartware a small window appears with the text ‘pending_reboot_txt’ and when I click the on the OK-button, WD Smartware is not installed. Can anybody help me?

Thanks you for helping me out. An expert of WD called me and guided me though the installation. He was very helpful.
It will be really helpful if you could show some demo so that I can install it properly.
