Problem to see & acces folders after fix dashboard errors 3xxxx

Hello everyone i had a My Book Live Duo 4TB. Recently i had issues with errors 3xxxx when i try to create or update users, folders, etc…
this problem was fixed with this topic:

My problem now is i cant see any of my folder (music, videos, etc…) after this fix?, but the dashboard indicate that are 2.8TB usage from the 4TB.

the firmware installed is: MyBookLiveDuo 02.43.10-048 : Core F/W

Hello Hamlet, yes, i reset the Nas, unplugged, but nothings works.
what its the power cycle?
