desde el 9 de marzo que no puedo conectarme mi cloud, desde la configuracion de la red, dice que esta conectado y puedo ingresar, pero el acceso web y por app me muestra que no esta disponible.

You could check if you have the option “enable cloud access” selected under settings. Even if you do, turning it off and on again might be a good idea.

Verifique se a opção “enable cloud access”/“activar acesso em nuvem” está ligada. Pode tentar também desligar e voltar a ligar essa opção.

I have studies in computer science and implemented this equipment for business backups.
Ive done this on the computer as it follows :
Turned on and off the computer
Restarted the computer
Change ip static and fixed - Vice Versa
Changed network cable
Manually configured the ports : using 8080 and 4343, i configured them after two weeks of no response fails WD, but it only worked for another two weeks
I requested enabling these ports to the ISP
I also requested the change of public IP of the company to see if that was the problem but as a result it did not function properly
Therefore because of this problem i havent been able to use the NAS unit for around two months.
Here are some pictures of the equipment saying there is connection, but cannot access web through the mobile app.
A response to the generated number on the ticket is needed, The serial numbers of the equipment are attached to this email.
