Problems with network connectivity after firmware upgrade

I just got this MyCloud Mirror and set it up fine. Static IP, added it to my workgroup, copied a load of files. Then I ran the firmware upgrade. Now I can’t hit the login page in my browser. I can’t access network shares from my PC, either using the IP or the device name (WDMyCloudMirror). I ran the MyCloud setup and the device isn’t showing there.
I didn’t get anything to suggest that the firmware update failed, in fact it went back to the Home Page after the firmware looked to have finish. It just was unresponsive. I refreshed the browser page and got nothing. My Router can see the device fine.

Any ideas what I need to do with this?

Hi, you can try to perform a 4 seconds reset by pressing the reset button in the back of the unit.
