I’ve read everything online. Tried creating new partition. Tried doing the battery ■■■■. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling. Tried updating. Tried updated Serial bus. I’m very close to just returning this product.
Are you on a Mac or Windows system?
If on Windows then you will be required to remove the Mac partition that is currently on it in order to use it as a drive.
If you are on a Mac then it should just mount as you attach it. Are you plugging it into a USB-C port or going through an adapter?
Problem solved via tech support. I removed the partition and was almost completed with creating a new one.
