I wanted to restore some document files that are not appearing when I try Restoring files. The files appear when I open the folders but they are all 0 kb or 1 kb. How do I restore these files?

You will need to use the same software that you used to backup the files in order to restore them.
If you did the backup manually, you should be able to see the files directly on the drive.
The same software was used and the backup files do not appear in the list to restore.
