Regarding very poor replacement services

I have generated the RMA twice in three months first time on March 25th 2011 with RMA No- [delete] and then second time on May 15th 2011 with RMA No-[delete] but till date there is no any response from company.I called customer care 7-8 times but no result.So I am asking that why is this RMA service is available.The replacement service of WD in India is very poor.That’s why i want to know the level of the replacement of the WD.If they are not able to replace then they should not provide such type of Service.
