Remedying Red Lights on Unit

My G-Dock unit lost power 2 days ago and on powering it up, the 2 red lights on the unit stay on constantly. They are not flashing. How do I remedy this? Thanks

Hello Rob,

Are the drives mounting on the system currently or no? Which version of the Mac OS are you using?

Did you have the drives setup as a RAID prior to this or were they set up to mount separately?
