Remote access and dashboard

I have problems gaining access to WD My Cloud remotely, and also have no access to the dashboard. I have tried the fixes in Knowledge base but nothing has worked. Can someone help me please?

What happens when you try to open the Dashboard and what browsers have you tried to open it with.?

This NAS apache server is configured to disable remote access to the admni dashboard UI. You can only access it from a computer or device on the same local network.

Silly question, have you double checked the IP address your router has assigned the drive?

If not, what happened prior to UI disapearing and do you have SSH enabled? Were you rebooting it, running a firmware update etc?

I’m guessing he means he can’t access the dashboard at all, even when connected to local network.

Hay alguna forma de poder acceder al panel de control (interfaz) desde fuera de la red??. Es para cuando hay tormentas, conectarme a la interfaz y apagarlo para que no se dañe.
