Hi. I have setup my wd2go account and remote access. However, whenever I log in and select my device, there is a pop-up window which asks me to enter the username & password. I do enter my private share username & pass but it does not accept. I can see that the pop-up window requests for the device name. Can you assist me on this please ?

when I user wd2go.com it asks for the email & password. this is the email you associated with a user and the password they created by going to the WD site in the email they recieved. Is this part working?
this should bring up a scren with your mycloud, when you click this you should get a network drive password prompt, this is the password you assigned to the user above when created the account. Is this part working? You should see a Java popup asking for permission
the user should have a list of all shares they have access to.
At least in Windows the wdmycloud app is more reliable and faster transfers so is a better choice for remote access in most cases
the first part work where i login onto the wd2go webpage.
but the second login where the pop up asks for the user details does not work. i have entered the correct nas user and pass… is there an issue logging in with mac ?
