Remote access to dashboard

Is it possible to access the dashboard remotely?

Yep.

It is in the Settings area (I think under General). You may need to forward ports in order to get to the web browser remotely.

Tony, can you be more detail about that. I just bought one of EX4. I am using it under a router. And I did port forwarding. in the router setting. I gave a name “mycloud” External port, 3640, internal port 3640, ip 192.168.1.141. And after that saved. and I tried to go online wd2go.com to login to my ex4, i can’t see anything except asking to download the apps. 

So can you please tell me what is web broser remotely, or anything i set wrong in my router.

That’s not the same thing.  WD 2go is for remote file access, not dashboard access.  And as you’ve already seen, the WD 2go website doesn’t support the EX4.

You’ll need to browse to the outside IP of your network.
