My WD TV Live updated to the latest firmware via the internet and then about 10 minutes later the remote froze and now this box is useless. I have read all the forums on how to downgrade to a previous firmware which is also useless because you have to press “OK” and other buttons “On the Remote” that doesn’t work to even proceed with any kind of down grade. I reset it and power cycled it bla bla bla. Now it’s a dead box. Anyone else have this issue or figure out how to remedy this? Thanks

have you put brand new, fresh batteries in the remote?
As well as tried to remove any sources of interfering IR in the room?
