Replacing a full hard disk

Owning a MyCluod EX4 NAS with all 4 slots busy by 4 disks, corresponding to 4 different JBOD volumes.
The first disk (a 3TB WD Red), where a share has been created, is almost full…which is the fastest and safest way to replace it (preserving data, of course), with a bigger one ?
