RMA process for customer drives

So, I’m attempting to RMA a drive for a customer of mine, because the drive failed early, Still has almost a year left on the warranty.

However…

In order to get an RMA, I have to register the drive. to me and/or my company. Which is possibly a problem.

Attempting to file an email, WD’s web page wont generate the email, citing “An error was encountered during knowledge base search.:”.

Any attempt to -call- WD, routes me to the registration page as well.

So, what’s the solution?
