RMA Still showing as not Received

Hi all, 

Wondering if someone could help me or give me some info on how long a RMA usually takes Never had to RMA to western digital before. 

Basically, Iv been having some troubles with my WD Caviar Green The drive is Just over a year old now id say. I ran a couple of Tests Which if stuck down the results below : 

Data Lifguard : 

Fails quick test and Extended with status code =007, failure checkpoint 97

HD Tune Pro 

(C5) Current Pending sector Warning 
(C7) Ultra DMA CRC Error count Warning 

Also Said i had unstable and Bad Sectors

Anyway i decided to RMA the drive which i did on the 4th-Jan, I then sent the item by first class Recorded delivery to WD (Im in the UK Btw) It was recieved and signed for on the 6th-Jan and since then the item still shows up as Waiting for product. I have sent a Email in which i did on the 12th-Jan and never got a reply from that it has changed to on the status saying Escalated. I did also try to Call WD But i got told i was gonna be put through to another department and got cut off that was before i emailed them.

Enough time has passed for the rma status to be updated, you may call them again to confirm if there is any issue with your RMA.
