Safepoint never success - MyBookLive backup to MyClouds

Hi WD Support,

I tried many time to backup by creating safepoint for my 3TB MybookLive with 1.2TB data to 3TB MyCloud. However, it never success. I’m using window platform to access mybooklive.

I tried to delete the safepoint and recreate, but no luck.

I downloaded the log file of MybookLive as well as MyClould. Please kindly let me know how can i upload, then hope you guys can give me a hand on this. Many thanks.
