Samsung D3 3TB Drive not found on USB1 or USB2 Local Storage

Hi Guys

Has anybody experienced this issue before? I do also have a USB key that verifies the USB ports are active yet my Samsung drive just does not register.

I do get the wdtv folder added to the root of my Samsung, so the connection is valid.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

Make sure the WD TV Live Hub has the latest firmware installed. Also if possible try another 3TB drive to see if it works. It is possible this is an issue with the hard drive and not the WD TV.
