I really could use help here. I plugged in and installed my new MBL 2TB. Everything seemed fine so I created bunch of shares and began uploading content. Access from anywhere in the network is without any issues.
Only after copying everything I tested Remote access and encountered a problem. I can send the email and register to WD2Go.com without any problems. I log in and see my device. I can see the shares I created. But whenever I open one of them in Explorer, all I can see is an empty folder, no matter how long I wait or how many files there in fact are.
The same issue I have when I use FTP. It was running ok, no problem with logging in but then I sdaw only the folders structure, no content. Today I tried to reboot the MBL and now for some reason I get “Incorrect Password” whenever I try to connect by FTP, although I didn’t change the password and I’m positive I input it properly. Does some of you have any clue what might be going on, please? Just tell me if you need any further info, I’ll be happy to provide.
