Shared Folder - Download folder/multiple files at once

Is there any way for someone with the link to a shared folder to download the entire folder or multiple folders at once? The way I see it they can only download a single file at once.

It seems download is only available at the file level. this would be a good suggestion for the My Cloud Home Ideas board.

There is no need to revive a thread from 6 years ago. WD under new management is determined to deprecate features such as removed WD Discovery from the desktop at this point rather than elevating any features for development in a MCH device that is 6 years old. This topic has been extensively discussed and suggested in the MCH (My Cloud Home) ideas (suggestion and enhancement) subforum:

Thank you for the screen post which describes copying multiple files and folders in a local USB accessible environment.
