Shows Device offline

I didn’t use my My Cloud Home for few months (not plugged in to power/internet). When I started using it again today, it shows as Device offline. How can I make it online?

Are you using a the public share or a personal share? My personal share keeps breaking and I have to do a device reset to get it to work again then i re enable locale access and it instantly works. Not sure what WD have broken in their software but it is annoying.
