Simple Question - Trouble Logging In Through Finder on Macbook Air

Hi,

When I try to connect to MyCloud using the Finder on my Macbook, it will not recognize my password and does not connect.  It will only let me connect as a Guest.  Can someone help me understand how to fix/resolve this?  I have reset my password and that has not helped.

Hi and welcome to the WD community.

Check that the user name you are using id the same exact one you have on the drive, also you can try a simple password just to test and see if you are able to access that private share.
