Slow Files Transfer connected by wire

Hello everyone, its possible to get more speed in a transfer file?, im using wire connect with a cat5e wire.
maximum speed are 30-35MB/s.My NAS model is My Book Live Duo 4TB and lynksys router EA4500.

searching in internet i found some information about link agregation? port trunking?, that kind of method can be used in a my book live duo?,

30-35 MB/s is actually pretty good. It’s better than USB2, which is about 20-25 MB/s. Of course transfer rates vary based on file sizes and quantities.

Since you only have one port on the My Book Live Duo, I think that will become your bottle neck if you try to aggregate directly to it. Now, whether or not boosting network speeds will change your transfer rates, that’s possible. How much, practically, I couldn’t say. There are too many variables.
