When moving files to the My Cloud NAS, I am getting very slow transfer speeds averaging less than 500 KB/s. This is much slower than when I first got it last week and set it up.
The NAS, my computer, and my router are all attached via physical cables with Gigabit.
Since this problem started, I have set up static IP on the NAS and router, rebooted the PC, NAS, and router and still have the same slow response.
Never mind. I was able to test with a laptop and got 5 MB/s wireless and 15+ MB/s over the same patch cable my desktop is connected to. It is not a NAS or network issue.
I guess the next step is to look at the ethernet card not working correctly unless someone has recommendations on how to diagnose.
