You may want to visit the dedicated WD Pro Series subforum where they may be more information and where people more familiar with the Pro Series may be able to answer your questions.

Edit to add: If copying data from a computer on the local network to a My Cloud on the same local network the network speed (including if the computer is connected to the network using WiFi) can be a factor in affecting the copy speed. When copying to a remote My Cloud in addition to the local network speed, the broadband connection at both ends and in between can also affect the transfer speed.
Are you copying across the local network or to a remote My Cloud?
How and to what is the My Cloud connected to in the local network?
How and to what is the computer connected to on the local network?
How are you determing the copy speed?
Have you done any bench mark speed testing of both the local computer hard drive and the My Cloud using software like Crystal Disk Mark (http://crystalmark.info/software/CrystalDiskMark/index-e.html)?
