I have a Thunderbolt Duo which I am able to install the software WD Drive Utilities on my Mac Mini, however it can not be found in Applications. I also have a My Cloud EX2 which will not install WD Sync. Can anybody shed any light as to why these 2 applications cannot be installed?

Good evening. I’ve got V10.11.2 installed. The thing is that sync used to be installed on my Macbook Pro (no longer have it) and WD Drive Utilities used to be installed!
