Strange Files Backing Up

Maybe this isn’t the right place to ask this but I can’t seem to find anything anywhere else.

I have MBW-white light, 1T. It spends hours backing up many, many files, with all HEX character names. I am including a sample taken from the backup log. My system is Win 7-64.

I have watched the system, backup log, for over an hour at a time with nothing but these files being processed.

The strange thing is I can’t find any of these files anywhere, source or destination. Does anyone know what these files are or where they are stored? I would like to exclude them from the Backup Plan if possible.

Thanks in advance,
Bob Forkner

did you create a backup plan and then delete a bunch of files before the backup was finished.  I’ve never seen this before.

I’ve had the same plan for more than 6 months. The only changes is that now and then I add an Exclusion for something I notice that really isn’t needed. There are a lot of strange “stuff” going on. I saw the disk going like crazy one day and checked the log. Hundreds of entries of “Temp backed up” It ran for over 30 minutes then quit, Nothing else was running other than the normal backfround stuff.

One thing that would be a BIG help is if I could click on a file in the log, or somewhere, and it would show me the complete path on the source and destination.

Thanks for thinking about it,

Bob
