Sync of 2 EX4100 over Internet

I’ve bought a second EX4100 and placed it at my mothers home.
Now I would try to synchronize these both - so if I upload same change it’ll be updated on the other NAS and vice versa.
Both have the current fireware on (5.09.115).
Hope someone can help, how I’ve to set it up.
