Still looking for a wifi usb adapter which works. DLINK DWA 140 is now with upgraded formware 1.71S62 , does anyone know if this works ? Thanks

Pay very close attention to the Model and Version/Revision columns. If it does not exactly match then it probably won’t work.

I have been following the list closely as mentioned by you. Problem is most of the devices now have newer firmware and it is not possible to downgrade the same to the one mentioned on the list.
The revision letters in the list are refering to the hardware version of the adapter, not the firmware. You must get the correct hardware version for it to work.
I can confirm that Tenda W322U works with the WDTV Live.
