I hope someone can help me, I just have this alert:

The data volume 1 on the drive is not accessible. Contact Customer Service.

Hello and welcome to the WD community.

Try to go to Storage on the dashboard and check if the smart status on the drive is good, also you can do a scan o a drive to see if the drive is OK by going to the utilities section and scan disk, from there you can select the volume you want to scan this will depend on the RAID setting you have on the unit.
