Timed shutdown and restart

Hello,

i like the concept of the MyCloud home very much. However, there is a lack of a really important function and I am not sure if I want to keep the NAS because of that.

Will there be a way in future to define a time for shutting down the NAS and restarting it later?

Like shutdown at 22:00 and restart it at 06:00 in the morning?

Also I can’t find any information on the power consumption of the NAS.

I think this device is designed to be an always on device. This may be a good topic for the My Cloud Home Ideas board.
