Hi everyone, it seems like I have My Cloud set up properly on both my PC and in the app on my iPad, should I not be able to stream or download my files now, from my mobile or from any computer anywhere?
What am I missing? Do I need to populate the folders with media files somehow manually, or is there some way that I have to do this in the dashboard using my PC? Or what?
There is no content (media files like pictures, videos, music) showing up in any of the shares (folders) I’ve set up.
ie. No files or sub folders show up when I look in the folder tree on my PC, and also no files or folders show up when I look using my iPad.
Sorry if that is a dumb question, like I say I am a newb.
