Trouble with sharing "email as link" from WD Photo

Hi,

I have My Cloud, and WD photo app for android.

I can see my photos on mobile device. When I tap

SHARE > EMAIL AS LINK

I can send email with link to my friend.

Problem is that link is not working…

I see a picture with some sort of lost animal sign?

OK thank you I need to find solution why I can not see that file on my computer…

It may not work from your home network, depending on your router. Does it work on your smartphone?

It is not working on smartphone, also when I am use in another network
