Twonky DLNA Server uninstall

Somehow within the Twonky DLNA Server I have 2 libraries. The Twonky Server status looks as if there is only one, but when I go to look at media (e.g. Video), it gives me a drop-down to choose which library I want. I believe this is at least partly responsible for the appalling performance problems I am getting. If I just use the WD interface to “uninstall” Twonky and later re-install, the two libraries remain. I’ve come to the conclusion that I need to “uninstall” Twonky using the WD interface and then go in with SSH to actually finish the job of uninstalling Twonky. I am pretty new to Linux and SSH so I would appreciate any guidance on this.
