I have been using My Cloud Home for the last 2 years without issue until 3-4 weeks ago, I was NOT able to access at all from my desktop, laptop and the mobile app!
The system keeps asking me to acknowledge the device code and enter 9 digit device code which I did (many times), then asking for to choose between a) setting brand new purchased device or b) already set up. When I chose b, the only message I received was the device already been set up please sign out!
